Position Title:  PRN LPN/School Nurse

Essential Performance Responsibilities:  
Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Supervisor/Principal
Candidate must possess the following abilities:
  • Work independantly
  •  Administer medication
  •  Perform healthcare procedures and screenings
  •  Communitcate with parents and physicians
  •  Lead the school Emergency Responsive Team
  • Coordinate the TeleMedicine Program

Travels to school district buildings.

Qualifications Profile
  • Valid TN LPN Nursing License
  • BLS Certification

  • Valid TN Drivers License
Education
  • Diploma from an accredited nursing school
Experience
  • 2 years experience at least (perferrably in pediatric or hospital setting).
