Job description

CRNA 26 Week Job Share 1099/W2 - Corydon, IA
Facility: Wayne County Hospital
Novus Anesthesia Partners are excited to partner with Wayne County Hospital! We are dedicated to building upon a strong, high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment. We are hiring one 26-Week job share CRNA to work alternate weeks with a current CRNA who will be providing pain management services during weeks when not providing OR anesthesia.
We are seeking experienced CRNAs who are interested and capable of working in a solo practitioner capacity.
Caseload Includes: ENT, Gastro, General, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Podiatry, and Urology. More case-related details can be provided upon request.
Compensation:
  • $375k 1099 option
  • $310k W2 option
  • $20k recruitment retention incentive
  • After hours pay over 40 hours per week
  • Additional call back pay if call back exceeds forecasted amount

Qualifications:
  • Candidates with strong independent practice experience
  • All Novus CRNA must meet state licensure requirements.
  • CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges.
  • Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.
  • Must have solid decision-making ability.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a CRNA with IA license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
