Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver HCA/CNA to join our team. As a Caregiver HCA/CNA, you will provide direct in-home care and support to individuals with disabilities, dementia, or other special needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct in-home care and support to clients

  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Preparing meals and assisting with meals as needed

  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing

  • Providing companionship and engaging clients in meaningful activities

  • Following care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in caregiving (required)

  • Certificate-level education (required)

  • HCA or CNA license (preferred)

  • Ability to provide patient-centered care and adapt to the unique needs of each individual

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

  • Knowledge of ADLs and ability to assist clients with personal care tasks

  • Familiarity with client rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality

Working Conditions:
