Job Type:
Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Schedule.
Commission-based.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn and train to generate and convert buyer and seller leads into real estate clients.
  • Conduct showings, open houses, listing presentations, and research homes for sale.
  • List and market residential properties utilizing MLS (Multiple Listing Service) applications.
  • Negotiate contracts, write offers, and manage transactions through closing while communicating with all professionals, clients, and associates involved in a sale.
  • Build and maintain real estate leads and a strong client pipeline.
  • Establish a recognizable presence in your sales market under the HFM Realty brand.
  • Deliver exceptional real estate service to clients.
  • Uphold HFM Realty policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
