Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring an Infusion Pharmacy Technician in Huntsville, AL! This role is on site/in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Type: Two-month contract with opportunity for extension or offer
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $19.70 per hour
Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician:
• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process and pick prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
• Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
• Packing orders for shipment
• Receiving supply and drug orders
Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician:
• HS Diploma or GED
• Current Alabama pharmacy technician license in good standing
• Retail, hospital or infusion pharmacy technician experience
• PTCB Certification preferred
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
