Description

The Full Spectrum Child is a small ABA clinic in Fort Worth, TX. We are supportive, engaging, and collaborative. Our slogan is "LIVING LIFE WITH YOU," so families know we are here for their daily needs. TFSC is owned by an Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist who believes in learning through play. We have on-site Speech and OT, so collaboration is a trademark of our facility.

Duties include:

  • Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks in the office
  • Providing administrative support to staff
  • Supporting inbound calls
  • Managing the parent/client intake process
  • Scheduling and maintaining therapy sessions
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Managing the billing of all claims
  • Managing all cash posting functions, write offs, adjustments
  • Payment posting
  • Following up on denied claims
  • Supporting clinical work of BCBA through authorizations, submissions, and tracking
  • Managing office supplies
  • Small housekeeping duties (taking out the trash as needed, loading the dishwasher)
  • Filling-in as an RBT as needed
