We're currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our expanding services across Central Florida, including:

Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Lake, and Polk Counties

Service settings include:
In-home, school-based, and clinic environments

Clinic Locations & Regional Coverage

Orlando (Lake Ellenor Clinic)
Clinic, in-home, school, and private school partnerships

What We're Looking For

We'd love to connect with you if you have:

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Current and active BCBA certification
Experience providing ABA therapy in in-home, clinic, or school settings
Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities

BCBA Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff
Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
