Duties /requirement will include but not limited to
- Performs general filing duties
- Scans documents and prepares documents for scanning.
- Ability to use basic office equipment: photocopy and scanner machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.
- Works accurately with attention to detail.
- Excellent computer administrative skills (Create folders, save files on Email), Adobe Reader (PDF files).
- Self Starter.
