What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Bookkeeping Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in supporting our financial and administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks. - Processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records. - Managing accounts payable and receivable. - Utilizing software such as QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop (preferred). - Preparing and maintaining financial reports. - Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. - Supporting the team with various office administration duties as needed.

Required:
