As part of our growth strategy, we aim to expand our footprint in the traditional financial services industry. We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Enterprise Products (CRO) to lead the development and execution of a dedicated business unit focused on delivering transformative solutions to investment banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other key stakeholders in the financial ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

Strategic Leadership

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise products jointly with the Chief Product Officer, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities. 

  • Act as the key evangelist for enterprise solutions, building awareness and credibility among traditional financial institutions and blockchain ecosystems.   

Market Expansion

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with investment banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other traditional financial players. 

  • Drive adoption of Liquid and Lightning technology platforms by educating stakeholders on the benefits of digital assets and blockchain-based solutions and growing the respective industry federations.

  • Oversee, delivery and implementation of the custom enterprise solutions.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers, and sales professionals, to achieve business objectives. 

  • Build and lead the business development organization for the enterprise solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, and other teams to ensure product success in regulated markets. 

Thought Leadership

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing the value of our enterprise offerings. 

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy. 

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, or a related field, with a focus on asset-backed securities and financial products

  • Deep knowledge of IT applications and systems used in the creation and distribution of financial products

  • Strong interest in and working knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technologies, and Bitcoin Layer-2 solutions

  • Experience of selling into the enterprise C-suite and navigating enterprise sales cycles 

  • Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-focused products, preferably in fintech or blockchain industries

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a focus on results and accountability

  • Experience of building and running distributed multinational sales organizations
