A Day in the Life:
The typical day is... atypical. You might be designing, implementing or providing day-to-day operational support for our Global Retail and Corporate Networks businesses. This role encompasses Cisco network LAN/WAN architecture and design utilizing BGP/OSPF routing for MPLS/internet connections, Palo Alto firewall implementation, Aruba SD-WAN and Wireless administration, and Aruba ClearPass NAC management. Additionally, you'll drive cloud integration initiatives (GCP and Azure) and network automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency. As a key player in network infrastructure service delivery, you'll collaborate extensively with third-party providers, international teams, and application stakeholders while fostering a collaborative environment and service-oriented culture. You'll implement automation solutions that scale our network capabilities while maintaining security and performance. To Land This Role:
  • BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experiences of Cisco routers and switches hardware (Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, and Cisco ISR routers)
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of network security and firewall technologies, especially on Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in design and implementation of Cisco LAN/WAN environments, and IP network protocols and technologies (IP address subnetting and vlan technical knowledge, OSPF and BGP design and implementation).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Aruba SD-WAN technologies, Aruba campus Wi-Fi technologies, and Aruba Central Management Portal.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in design and implementation of cloud networking architecture (GCP and Azure) and network automation toolsets (Ansible, Terraform, Python)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Infoblox IPAM and Aruba ClearPass
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Equinix Fabric network deployment
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in learning and implementing new skills and new technical knowledge quickly and independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Industry certifications highly valued (CCNA/CCNP, cloud networking certifications, automation credentials)

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 120,000.00 USD - 160,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
