Position Summary

The Stage Manager helps ensure game days and select community events run smoothly and that games, activities, special ceremonies, and related activations are prepared and executed to the standards of the Vegas Golden Knights, Henderson Silver Knights, and Vegas Knight Hawks. The role works closely with a wide range of individuals and groups, including fans and celebrities, and is expected to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm at every event.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure television timeout and intermission activations are properly executed, including placing props, selecting contestants, blocking, and reviewing activations with in-arena hosts.
  • Maintain inventory of giveaway items, craft supplies, and office materials.
  • Work closely with the VGK, HSK, and VKH Cast, including the promotional team, ice crew, hosts, DJs, and mascots, on blocking, rehearsals, games, and other duties as needed.
  • Run the march and plaza stage outside T-Mobile Arena and Lee's Family Forum.
  • Keep storage areas at T-Mobile Arena, Lee's Family Forum, and off-site locations organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Manage the castle stage, Zamboni tunnel, main concourse, plaza, and other areas of T-Mobile Arena and Lee's Family Forum.
  • Assist with other game-day duties as they arise.
  • Support community appearances, watch parties, and other special events as needed.
  • Assist with video shoots, brainstorming sessions, and office hours on non-game days.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

  • Part-time, entry-level position.
  • Interest in sports and entertainment is preferred.
