Warren Clinic,  the largest physician group in the state with over 95 locations and over 400 physicians throughout eastern Oklahoma, is seeking an  Otolaryngologist  to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity to establish a successful practice with a large referral network from the Saint Francis Health System.  Our candidate will be the very mission, vision and values we ourselves live by and have a strong commitment to the health and well-being of all they serve.

Requirements:

  • Employed position through Warren Clinic
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible (Must become BC within 7 years of completing training)
  • General Otolaryngology with some sub-specialties considered

  • 31 OR’s total – recently remodeled
  • Scheduled OR block time (7:15am start)
  • Operating Room Availability: 1-2 days per week
  • Turnaround time (wheels in/out) – 28 minutes
  • Equipment: Medtronic Stealth, Zeiss Microscopes, DaVinci Robot(s), XI, SI

Natalie Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC):

  • OR Count: 8 OR’s total
  • Turnaround time (wheels in/out): 15 minutes
  • Equipment: Medtronic Stealth, Leica Microscopes, DaVinci Robot

Schedule:

  • Clinic/Surgery days are per physician preference
  • Typically 3-4 days in clinic, 1-2 days in OR

Call:

  • Hospital/ER call: Q 8

Expected Volume:

  • Surgical volume: 10-25 cases per week for each provider
  • Clinic volume: 75-100 patients per week for each provider (20-25 patients/day)

Referral Pattern:

  • Internal referral network
  • Warren Clinic is the largest physician group in the state with over 400+ physicians and 90+ clinic locations

Procedures:

  • Clinic: General scope of ENT
  • Surgery case mix: FESS, Thyroids, Parathyroids, Parotidectomies, Tympanomastoids, Tympanoplasties, Pediatric Tracheal Stenosis, Cochlear implants, Osseointegrated implants, Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, Myringotomies,  Laryngoscopies,

Teaching Opportunity:
