This role works across departments to ensure improvements align with business goals and foster a culture of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track continuous improvement projects from planning to completion.Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs focused on process improvement, safety, and operational excellence.Collect and analyze data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs, implement process changes and standard practices.Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and improvement workshops.Monitor results of improvement efforts and prepare progress and performance reports.Document improvement activities, including project timelines, outcomes, and savings.Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Prior experience in process improvement, project coordination, or operations preferred.Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management or data analysis tools a plus.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or other improvement methodologies preferred.
