  • Responsible to perform stakeholder meeting, workshops for identifying infrastructure sources need to be fed in CMDB
  • Assist CMDB team, HAM, Internal Asset management groups
  • Leading for end-to-end Service Asset and configuration Management (SACM) operational and implementor on Service Now Module
  • Creating/Importing IP Ranges into the tables and alignment with delivery schedules
  • Responsible to perform and present Service Now Asset findings
  • Organize workshops to identify asset Service Now Infrastructure source gaps
  • Support end-to-end SACM operational and implementor on ServiceNow Module
