We are seeking a talented, forward-thinking professional to help shape the future of treasury operations, technology and administration at Affinius Capital. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a modern treasury platform, drive meaningful automation and innovation, and make a lasting impact on how our organization manages cash, connectivity, and controls. The Manager serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the organization’s treasury technology ecosystem, with primary responsibility for Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS). This role partners closely with Treasury, Finance, Fund Administrators, Information Technology, and Banking Partners to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable treasury operations.

The Manager is responsible for treasury system administration, bank connectivity, payment workflows, bank account management technology, file transmission protocols, system integrations, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the primary administrator and functional owner of Kyriba Treasury Management System.
  • Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, user roles, security profiles, and approval hierarchies.
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, releases, and production support activities.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate issue resolution with Kyriba support and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain treasury system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Manage daily bank statement reporting processes and file imports.
  • Administer BAI2, CAMT, MT940, and other bank reporting formats.
  • Ensure accurate and timely bank data delivery into Kyriba and downstream systems.
  • Partner with Accounting to support bank reconciliations and cash reporting requirements.
  • Develop treasury dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions.
  • Serve as liaison between Treasury, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Support integrations between Kyriba, Yardi, banking platforms, and other financial systems.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements.
  • Assist with treasury automation initiatives and process optimization projects.
  • Evaluate emerging treasury technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Administer online banking platforms and user entitlements.
  • Assist with bank account openings, closures, signer updates, and KYC requirements.
  • Maintain treasury-related access controls and segregation of duties.
  • Perform periodic user access reviews and audit support activities.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies and SOX controls.
  • Lead treasury technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and control environments.
  • Support treasury transformation initiatives and business process redesign.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for treasury system changes.
  • Work with auditors on control procedures and respond to audit inquiries.
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of treasury, treasury systems, banking technology, or financial systems experience.
  • Hands-on Kyriba administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and bank account management.
  • Experience supporting bank connectivity solutions and treasury file transmissions.
  • Knowledge of BAI2 and treasury reporting formats.
  • Experience with SFTP and secure file transfer technologies.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host connectivity, and ISO 20022 messaging.
  • Experience with multiple banking platforms and online banking administration.
  • Understanding of SOX controls and treasury governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet strict daily deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in San Antonio full-time.
