Import logistics refers to the process of managing the transportation, storage, and coordination of goods as they move from international suppliers to their final destination in another country. This involves handling customs clearance, documentation, compliance with import regulations, and arranging shipping and delivery. Effective import logistics ensures that products arrive safely, on time, and at the lowest possible cost. Effective communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers is crucial to anticipate and resolve these problems promptly.
