Your role as Import & Logistics Officer

Within our team, you play a key role in our international supply chain. You ensure that import shipments are handled smoothly and accurately, while looking beyond day-to-day operations. You identify opportunities to simplify, automate and future-proof our processes through digitalisation and AI.

  • Process logistics documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Support export activities where required.
  • Follow up customer or logistics-related issues and contribute to sustainable solutions.
  • Maintain ISO procedures and AEO documentation.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
  • Explore AI applications and digital tools to improve administrative and logistics workflows.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance teams.
Who are you?
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Experience in import, logistics or international trade is an advantage, but motivation and willingness to learn are equally important.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
  • You work accurately and in a structured manner with strong attention to detail.
  • You have a hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have a genuine interest in digitalisation, process optimisation and AI.
  • You quickly adapt to new systems and digital tools.
  • You work independently while being a strong team player.
  • You thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
What do we offer?
  • A challenging role within an internationally growing family business.
  • A varied position combining logistics, innovation and digital transformation.
  • The opportunity to actively contribute to the optimisation of our global supply chain.
  • Enthusiastic colleagues who strive for continuous improvement together.
  • An open corporate culture with short lines of communication and room for initiative.
  • Excellent opportunities for personal growth and professional development.
  • A competitive salary package complemented by attractive fringe benefits.
  • A 38-hour working week with 6 additional ADV days on top of your statutory annual leave.
