Job description

Job Summary
  • To help excel the company's growth, we're seeking an eager and passionate individual to join their
  • team as an Import Coordinator supporting their Import Team's operational tasks. This is an excellent
  • opportunity to develop your professional growth in international and domestic logistics.
Job Description
  • ? Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely
  • fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)
  • ? Ensure system information match with actual documentation
  • ? Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment
  • status, special handling, and delivery of freight
  • ? Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers,
  • warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
  • ? Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation
  • ? Act as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer service
  • ? Coordinate truck deliveries with dispatch team
  • ? Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • ? Associates Degree (minimum); Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • ? 1+ years of experience in handling customer service (preferred)
  • ? 1+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred)
  • ? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • ? Speaks Korean (mandatory)
