Job description

The Import Export Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the flow of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and maintaining clear communication with suppliers. Working closely within a small team, this position supports logistics planning and inventory tracking for a variety of product types, leveraging proprietary ERP systems alongside standard office tools to optimize order processing and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customs compliance for all shipments
  • Maintain communication with suppliers to coordinate deliveries
  • Plan and manage logistics for timely imports and exports
  • Track inventory to support order fulfillment
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements related to international trade
  • Perform accurate data entry into proprietary ERP and office systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in import/export operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
