Job Responsibilities
• Experience in managing total implementation of complex project(s) that involves cross-functional teams, and multiple systems.
• Experience in implementing large scale application development projects in privacy/HR space with 3rd party vendors including IT integrations
• Lead and facilitate application aprpovals through IT governance phase gates/processes
• Collaborates with stakeholders on the evaluation of the feasibility, effort and costs to implement requirements.
• Participates in and contributes to managing the scope of applications and related changes.
• Serves as a liaison between development teams and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development and deployment process.
• Identifies and communicates risks and issues and closely tracks to the closures. Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
• Manage resources and project budget and tracking
• Status reporting to different levels of stakeholders
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation and sign offs
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
