Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan.
  • Create and manage the project schedule, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate project teams and project activities.
  • Conduct status meetings and track action items.
  • Monitor project progress and deliverables.
  • Identify, track, and **escalate** project risks and issues.
  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
  • Monitor schedule performance and critical path activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
  • Maintain project dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Support steering committee and stakeholder reporting.
  • Manage change requests and issue resolution activities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of project objectives within scope, schedule, and budget.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience
  • 2 years leading implementations of similar systems (Veterans Benefit)
  • Experience in enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMP Certification
