The Role

The Client Conversion Services (CCS) Implementation team plays a critical role in guiding BrokerDealers, Advisors, Banks, Trust companies, and Family Office clients through their transition onto the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS) platform. As a Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management, you will be at the center of this transformation-leading complex onboarding initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless conversion experience.

In this highly visible role, you will:

  • Lead the onboarding of new Banks, Trust Departments and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) as they join Fidelity.

  • Support existing advisors transitioning business to the FIWMS platform.

  • Drive mid to largescale implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders and delivering a worldclass onboarding journey.

  • You will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, managing client relationships with minimal oversight, navigating complexity with confidence, and ensuring assets transition smoothly.

The Expertise You Have

  • Series 7 required

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance (Advanced degree preferred)

  • 5+ years of financial services experience, ideally within institutional or highnetworth client management or relationshipdriven roles

  • Deep knowledge of Fidelity's business segments, financial markets, and the competitive landscape

  • Experience with a wide spectrum of investment solutions, products, and services offered to Fidelity clients

Skills You Bring

  • Familiarity with Trust Accounting Systems, and the Fidelity brokerage platform

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex relationships and projects in a fastpaced environment

  • Strong project management capabilities and a proven ability to execute against deadlines

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Knowledge of Fidelity brokerage policies, systems (FBSI, XTRAC), and tools (Excel)

The Value You Deliver

  • Design and execute tailored assetconversion plans for new FIWMS clients-analyzing source platforms and defining the most effective conversion paths.

  • Lead the client experience from start to finish, establishing clear expectations and delivering a smooth, highquality onboarding journey.

  • Act as a trusted liaison, coordinating across FIWMS teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly and effectively.

  • Provide handson support for client needs, including account setup, asset transfers, account maintenance, and service escalation.

  • Evaluate client operating models to align with FIWMS policies, recommending enhancements and negotiating workable solutions.

  • Lead mid to largescale projects with varying degrees of complexity, including onsite support for advisor breakaways and book-of-business conversions.

The Team

Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS) is a division of Fidelity Investments that offers clearing and custody services; investment and technology products and solutions; institutional trading products, services, and execution; and a range of insights, expertise, and 'extraordinary' client experience to more than 13,500 financial intermediary firms and institutions. These firms and institutions include registered investment advisors (RIAs), strategic acquirers and professional asset managers, broker-dealers, bank and trust companies, insurance companies, and family offices and wealthy families. The Client Conversion Services Project Management team within Client Experience supports the onboarding of these businesses. The Team works closely with Sales and Relationship Management, Product and Technology Specialists, Training Consultants, Deployment Consultants and Client Service.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
