  • Manage calibration and maintenance of precision measuring equipment
  • Provide hands-on support on the shop floor as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality (aerospace experience preferred)
  • Experience working within a QMS environment (ISO 9001 and/or AS9100)
  • Experience supporting or leading QMS implementation and/or certification audits preferred
  • Strong knowledge of inspection processes and precision measuring equipment
  • CMM experience is a plus
  • PC-DMIS Software experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Experience with nonconformance systems, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, small team environment
