Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS and Cloud Financials implementations
  • Manage multiple project streams, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, data conversion, and solution alignment
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Ensure adherence to PMI best practices
  • Manage risks, issues, and project governance
  • Lead Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Oversee SIT, UAT, and production rollout

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud (Financials domain preferred)
  • Proven experience managing multiple Oracle implementations
  • Hands-on experience with data conversions and fit-gap analysis
  • Experience working with executive leadership (C-suite)
  • Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Oracle Financials certification (nice to have)
