The Customer Implementation Manager will play a critical role in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for new customers while ensuring existing customers receive the very best technology experience.ย ย 

You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end implementation projects, helping customers maximise the value of FCM's technology solutions.ย ย 

This role can be based out of our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office.
ย 

Day to day:ย ย 

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional technology experience for customersย 

  • Consult with customers to understand requirements, analyse needs, and recommend effective technology and process solutionsย 

  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, communications, and stakeholder engagement to deliver successful implementation outcomesย 

  • Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining strong knowledge of FCM technology, applications, and customer system configurationsย 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including operational teams, support teams, Account Managers, and BDMsย ย 

  • Facilitate customer meetings, implementation workshops, and regular project updates while proactively managing expectations and resolving issuesย 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:ย ย 

  • Minimum 2 years in a travel industry role with technology experience, or 2 years as an Implementation Manager or in a similar roleย 

  • A comprehensive understanding of implementation processesย 

  • Experience dealing with difficult or high pressure situations, with strong negotiation skillsย 

  • You can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details, and work independently while still being a team playerย
