Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Treasury Management Implementation & Support Operations Officer is responsible for assisting the TMIS Operations Manager with the overall operational integrity of the Treasury Management Implementation & Support Group, managing and meeting strict regulatory reporting guidelines, providing exceptional internal client service, and is critical to enhancing the overall client experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist the TMIS Operations Manager in maintaining and monitoring operations, including assisting with multiple annual audits/reviews.
  • Archive and image reports, approvals, enrollment forms, and perform quality control.
  • Performs transactions and approvals for temporary and permanent limit approvals, for ACH & Wires within assigned authority limits, focusing on operational excellence and due diligence.
  • Assist TMIS Operations Manager with the operational integrity for TMIS area when handling internal day to day transactions, weekly/monthly/quarterly certifications, and service-related matters.
  • Coordinate and support projects related to product development, Bank integrations and conversions. Provide Treasury Management product demonstrations and training.
  • Assists with timely completion of all assigned special projects for service updates on multiple platforms.
  • Maintain the integrity of client data within all bank files and systems.ย 
  • Assist in maintaining operational excellence in the Treasury Management Implementation and Support office.
  • Participate in and/or leads under the guidance of the TMIS Operations Manager divisional and area projects and initiatives as appropriate.
  • Assists with managing timely completion of time sensitive reporting to regulatory agencies and internal departments (compliance, internal audit, FCIU, enterprise risk management, etc.).
  • Exhibit proficiency in evaluating and managing decisions/situations to limit risk to the Bank while proactively managing client expectations.
  • Assume ownership for maintenance and updates to the Treasury Management Product and Services Enrollment Form, (TMPS Form).
  • Manage digitizing and maintaining the TMPS form with system integrations into Collaboration Hub, nCino, IBS, and the business online banking system, (currently D1C).


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: ย  ย College degree in business-related discipline preferred but not required.
  • Experience: ย 
    • 5+ years of experience at a mid-size or large lending institution in a similar or parallel role emphasis on Treasury Management operations.ย 
    • Strong IT backgroundโ€”experience with system integrations, file formats (BAI2, NACHA), and secure data transmission protocols.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial and Treasury Management products and services.ย 
    • Familiarity with treasury platforms, ERP systems (e.g., FIS, IBS,), and banking APIs.
    • Basic knowledge of Banking and Branch Operations, and an understanding of Wealth Management.
    • Ability to work independently, effectively, and concurrently manage competing priorities.
    • Must have a strong understanding with and in compliance with all applicable bank regulations.
