Location: Pontiac, Michigan (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite per Week)

Job Description:

The Project Manager will lead multiple Infrastructure Services projects and be responsible for managing project schedules, work breakdown structures, resource planning, vendor coordination, project communications, risks, issues, and overall project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and enterprise infrastructure project management experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple infrastructure and network-related projects simultaneously

• Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

• Coordinate project resources and monitor workload throughout project lifecycles

• Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, evaluation matrices, and vendor selections

• Write and manage contract Scope of Deliverables documentation

• Track project risks, issues, action items, and project KPIs

• Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage stakeholder communications

• Support process creation, documentation, and standards updates

• Coordinate project activities across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
