We’re seeking an Implementation Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving success for our Financial Services clients. This individual will be a problem-solver who thrives on tackling challenges across technical, workflow, and business domains. With a focus on delivering high-impact outcomes, you will manage multiple client projects, ensuring seamless deployments and integrations that align with client goals.

Your day-to-day

Client Success & Project Management:

  • Act as the technical point of contact for customer deployments, managing multiple workstreams across diverse teams.

  • Collaborate with clients to define success criteria, deployment milestones, and usage targets.

  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timely delivery.

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead integration efforts, defining and deploying solutions that meet client-specific needs.

  • Serve as an escalation point for technical and integration-related challenges.

  • Work with product and engineering teams to test, document, and roll out new features to clients.

Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Work with support teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.

  • Simplify technical concepts to drive understanding and adoption among non-technical stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions delivery roles.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.

  • First 60 days are fully in-office

  • Background and reference checks required as part of onboarding

  • $80,000-$95,000 base salary
