Our client seeks a Health & Welfare Implementation Benefits Analyst to support implementations and migrations within the Healthcare business unit. You will apply consulting, analysis, and domain skills to deliver outcomes for clients and participants while expanding your knowledge of benefits administration and scalable technology.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $22.00 to $32.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Align, plan, and implement new product capability delivery within implementations.
  • Drive and support execution of key implementation activities including data conversion loads.
  • Participate in validation and testing to ensure results meet client and product requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to define client-specific configurable variations for plan and administrative needs.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify gaps and trends for continuous improvement.
  • Translate business requirements to technology partners and submit requests as applicable.
  • Create training and reference materials for participant services.
  • Coach and assist the broader virtual team and engage in ongoing development.
  • Testing Lead focus: manage client testing timelines, set up test cases, perform data mining and mocking, lead BAT and CAT stand-ups, manage defects, report progress, troubleshoot and escalate environment issues, and identify testing process improvements.

Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience.
  • 3+ years of testing experience with demonstrated competence.
  • Prior client implementation and platform migration experience a plus.
  • Experience in Agile preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to independently manage workload, conduct analysis, and document findings.
  • Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area.
  • Understanding of benefits administration systems.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Procedure execution and process improvement experience.
  • Tools familiarity such as JIRA and Confluence and ability to interpret requirements.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
