Lifeline Vascular Care works with premier physician practices to develop and manage outpatient centers that provide focused and coordinated vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). We currently manage more than 40 physician-owned vascular access centers where we provide physician practices with financial and outcomes reporting, staffing and training, facility operations, regulatory compliance, and insurance billing services. The Lifeline network of managed vascular access centers is accredited by the Joint Commission.

Description
At Lifeline Vascular Care, we provide the highest quality, most comprehensive and up-to-date care for our patients. Position performs duties related to obtaining, maintaining, and tracking of facilities maintenance required to operate medical facilities while also providing additional implementation support activities to the Center Planning & Development Team. The role requires the building and sustaining of relationships with external vendors, as well as internal support and customer service to Lifeline regional field and facility level teammates. Responsibilities include management and administration of a computerized maintenance tracking system (Service Channel), the reconciliation of work orders, obtaining and analysis of proposals, reconciliation of invoices, work and general administrative assistance to managed facilities and internal teams. Individual will serve as a point of contact and provide facility maintenance service support to 30+ centers nationally.
On an as needed basis, this position will provide administrative and coordinator support to key members of the Center Development & Planning Department or other functional departments upon approval of the Vice President of Business Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage the life cycle of repair and maintenance requests from creation to resolution through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (Service Channel).
  • Participate in vendor selection and vendor contract negotiations. Hold vendors accountable to their contractual obligations. Incorporate the vendors into our CMMS network, establish the links between the center(s) and vendors, and setup of Preventative Maintenance program.
  • Responsible for training, coaching the physician office/surgical center personnel and vendors on the utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Develop/Maintain CMMS Job Aids, training, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Conduct training for Lifeline Teammates and vendors.
  • Maintain the Asset Management database.
  • Participate in testing of new processes and changed configurations within the computerized Maintenance Management System (Service Channel).
  • Report CMMS system (Service Channel) bugs to the vendor, manage the bugs until a resolution is reached.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives specific to asset management, preventative maintenance, and work order management.
