Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

Dealer Solutions Implementation Consultant

2-year contract

Poznań, Poland

As Dealer Solutions Implementation Consultant at John Deere, you will be responsible for driving dealer implementation of Standard Jobs – a new business solution across Europe.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive deployment of the Standard Jobs solution across the Europe dealer network.
  • Support dealers during roll-out and ensure sustainable adoption through effective implementation and training.
  • Deliver training sessions and guide dealers through change management and digital solution adoption.
  • Optimize processes and collaboration touchpoints to improve efficiency and dealer experience.
  • Partner with regional and global teams (e.g., Digital Aftermarket & Customer Support - DA&CS) to support business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with assigned dealers independently while contributing to team success.
  • Contribute to regional and divisional goals through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Our requirements:

  • University Degree in Business, Management or Agricultural/Technical Sciences.
  • 1+ years of experience in dealer-facing or customer-facing role.
  • Language Requirements: English (B2) as well as German, Spanish or French (B2). Polish not required.
  • Good understanding of Service Excellence and Aftersales Processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Nice to have:

  • ​Agricultural dealership network experience.
  • Interest in machinery or automotive/technical topics.
  • Experience in change management.
