CareCloud is transforming the healthcare experience with the industry’s most modern, flexible and powerful cloud-based platform to help providers maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their practices while connecting and collaborating directly with patients in support of better care. CareCloud solutions include revenue cycle management, practice management, electronic health records, advanced billing rules, and analytics. As part of the Professional Services team, the Implementation Consultant helps clients maximize business value with CareCloud solutions with the primary focus to onboard new clients to the CareCloud platform. The Consultant typically works as part of a project team to assess client workflow and requirements, ensure system configuration aligns with requirements, deliver client training and education, and ensure successful client operations on CareCloud. The ability to assess and advise clients on ambulatory practice administrative, financial, and operational best practices is critical.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal staff to deliver projects at high quality and on schedule
  • Deliver client projects, especially implementations, using CareCloud’s methodology
  • Assess and advise on client workflow and financial operations and create associated deliverables
  • Provide client training and education both onsite and remotely
  • Work across multiple client projects at a time
  • Build strong working relationships with clients
  • Report status to project managers and management
  • Be a subject matter expert on CareCloud’s product offerings
Requirements
  • -3+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare provider operations, practice management, and EHR technology
  • Strong problem identification and analytical skills; ability to problem solve and synthesize key findings into a clear, compelling story to inform business and operational solutions
  • Self-directed and resourceful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer application skills
  • Understanding of general systems technology
  • Up to 75% travel required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
