Job description

Job Summary:
Paylocity is a fast-growing company focused on revolutionizing payroll and HR solutions. The Elevate Implementation Associate role involves supporting client implementations with a strong emphasis on data migration and project completion.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates are met
• Play a key role in onboarding client data during the implementation process
• Proactively overcoming challenges
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of Payroll experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation, and analysis required
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrate organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of payroll compliance at the federal, state, and local levels
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service
Preferred:
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus
