Role Description The Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Prairieville, LA, supporting daily administrative and operational activities. This role includes managing phone calls and emails, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing responsive customer service to clients and partners. The Office Associate will handle document preparation, data entry, filing, and record maintenance, while assisting with invoicing, basic accounting tasks, and organizing meetings and schedules.
