In-Office: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Schaumburg, IL or Meridian, ID location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.
Position Overview
Data Conversion Associates plays an essential role within the Shared Services Implementation team. The focus of this position is formatting client data to import into Paylocity's product suite timely and with increased attention to detail to ensure data integrity. You will collaborate with internal partners such as Implementation and Human Resource Consultants. In this role, you will work on projects with minimal oversight both independently and collaboratively with your team. Must be a creative problem solver who can dynamically move between a variety of project types and various stages. All other duties as assigned.
In your first six months in the role, you can expect:
  • Participate in a mentor-led training program.
  • Play a key role in the onboarding of client data during the implementation process.
  • Gain basic payroll knowledge.
  • Convert PDFs to Excel
  • Learn how to manipulate data in MS Excel.
  • Gain proficiency in Paylocity tools.

Required Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Intermediate skills using MS Office with strong MS Excel skills.
  • Accurate and strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Adaptable and accepting of consistent change.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience:
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Technical Aptitude

  • Strong Communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $26,500- $54,600/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
