As a Sales Representative & Field Trainer, you'll blend consultative B2B sales with mentorship and team development. You'll meet with business leaders and employees to educate them on benefits while coaching newer representatives, sharing your knowledge, and helping them grow in their careers.

Working as an independent contractor, you'll enjoy autonomy over your territory and schedule while benefiting from structured guidance, ongoing training, and a collaborative, people-first culture. This role emphasizes relationship-driven sales and education rather than transactional selling allowing you to leverage your experience in education or coaching in a new, meaningful way.


What You'll Do
  • Build and nurture relationships with local business owners, leadership teams, and employees

  • Lead clear, supportive, enrollment-style presentations for client benefit programs
