Job Description Paralegal Assistant Lakewood, CO Full-Time Litigation Support Monday-Friday Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Disability, PTO + More Are you a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional looking to support high-impact litigation cases? A respected law firm is seeking a Paralegal Assistant to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work alongside attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants in a dynamic and professional environment where initiative and strong organizational skills are highly valued. What You'll Do:

  • Assist with filings, document drafts, case organization, and administrative support
  • Review and organize legal documents, manage e-discovery, and create deposition/trial binders
  • Communicate with courts, clients, third parties, and opposing counsel
  • Prepare and e-file legal pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery materials
  • Coordinate with experts, track deadlines, and maintain accurate electronic case files
  • Proofread legal documents and ensure all citations and exhibits are in order
  • Manage busy calendars and prepare billing materials for clients

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of legal administrative experience, preferably in litigation
  • Undergraduate degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
