Your Role & Responsibilities - As a Registered Nurse (Travel Medicine), you will provide vaccinations, travel health consultations, and education to clients preparing for international travel.
  • Educate clients on travel-related diseases and vaccine-preventable illnesses
  • Administer vaccines in accordance with standing orders and observe for adverse reactions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring patient safety
  • Participate in ongoing travel medicine training and company education
  • Promote travel health products and medications to enhance client safety
  • Assist with clinic setup, organization, inventory management, and compliance with safety protocols
  • Travel to local onsite events (e.g., corporate wellness or vaccine clinics) as needed

  • Compensation: $41.00/hr
  • Employment Type: Part-time
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday: Rotating 24 hours/week
Scheduling & Expectations - Passport Health utilizes a census-based scheduling model similar to hospital settings. While specific hours are not guaranteed, nurses with flexibility (including weekends, multiple clinic locations, or travel) may receive priority scheduling based on business needs and client demand. We strive to accommodate requested hours whenever possible.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Comfortable working independently in a clinic setting
  • 1+ year of clinical or travel medicine experience
  • Access to a personal computer (training systems are not compatible with phones or tablets)
  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet)
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
  • Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory as needed
