Job description

Compensation:

$65 - $75 hourly


Responsibilities:

As a Nurse Practitioner at Relive Health, some of the roles and responsibilities will be:

  • Interpret patient labs.
  • Treat patients' hormonal imbalances and manage medical records.
  • Perform an initial physical assessment and chart the patient.
  • Provide both patient care and education to patients regarding hormone replacement therapy as well as IV vitamin therapy.
  • Initiate referrals & maintain health records.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
  • Refill medication orders.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Innovative and functional approach to health.
