Responsibilities: As a Nurse Practitioner at Relive Health, some of the roles and responsibilities will be: • Interpret patient labs. • Treat patients' hormonal imbalances and manage medical records. • Perform an initial physical assessment and chart the patient. • Provide both patient care and education to patients regarding hormone replacement therapy as well as IV vitamin therapy. • Initiate referrals & maintain health records. • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment. • Assist with callbacks to patients with questions. • Refill medication orders. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher. • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Innovative and functional approach to health. Compensation: $65 - $75 hourly
