Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to support our multinational clients in navigating the U.S. employment-based immigration process. Under the supervision of licensed attorneys, you will manage complex casework, support junior team members, and contribute to program improvements-while leveraging technology to drive efficiency and ensure exceptional client service.
What You'll Do
  • Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM and Adjustment of Status filings.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely updates and handling reporting and data requests.
  • Support program management efforts for key client accounts and contribute to special projects to enhance immigration processes.
  • Assist in training junior team members on U.S. immigration policies, workflows, and best practices.
  • Stay current on U.S. immigration law, regulatory updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and service excellence.
  • Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
  • Apply data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize immigration strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented support.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality across all casework and client deliverables.
  • Uphold the firm's values, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
  • Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred.
  • Strong interest in continuous learning and leveraging digital tools to enhance immigration services.
  • Familiarity with Vialto Law's tech-driven solutions (e.g., the myMobility app, Mobility Moments, and Mobility Brand initiatives on LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client-first mindset and collaborative approach.
