Responsibilities: The Site Manager is a permanent, full-time position supporting the overall mission of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by facilitating the operations of a local USCIS Field Office. As a Site Manager, your responsibilities would include: managing the records operation and timely completion of all deliverables; monitoring data entry, mail and file operations, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with the USCIS FOSS Contract; planning and coordinating with leadership team, including Supervisors and Quality Control personnel to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met; directing, assisting, and providing guidance to contract Supervisors in various functional areas, establishing priorities and reallocating resources as needed to meet goals established by USCIS; scheduling contractor staff, approving time off, initiating and implementing disciplinary actions, mentoring staff; overseeing hiring process for all on-site staff, including interviewing and hiring decisions; preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports to the Sciolex Program Management Office and the government; delivering reports, employee timesheet reports, employee training records and evaluations, inventory of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), incident reports, audit reports, and other documents as necessary or requested; participating in meetings with government personnel; collaborating with Supervisors to ensure best practices are in place and evaluate/update as needed; training new employees, creating training plans; creating/updating written standard operating procedures; participating in meetings with government personnel; and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience; minimum of 2 years of management experience where you led teams of 30+ people; must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services; ability to read and understand proficiently in English; ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment; ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
