The Site Manager is a permanent, full-time position supporting the overall mission of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by facilitating the operations of a local USCIS Field Office. As a Site Manager, your responsibilities would include: Managing the Records Operation and timely completion of all deliverables
Monitoring data entry, mail and file operations, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with the USCIS FOSS Contract
Planning and coordinating with leadership team, including Supervisors and Quality Control personnel to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met
Directing, assisting, and providing guidance to contract Supervisors in various functional areas, establishing priorities and reallocating resources as needed to meet goals established by USCIS
Scheduling contractor staff, approving time off, initiating and implementing disciplinary actions, mentoring staff
Overseeing hiring process for all on-site staff, including interviewing and hiring decisions
Preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports to the Sciolex Program Management Office and the government
Deliverables may include production reports, employee timesheet reports, employee training records and evaluations, inventory of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), incident reports, audit reports, and other documents as necessary or requested
Participating in meetings with government personnel
Collaborating with Supervisors to ensure best practices are in place and evaluate/update as needed
Training new employees, creating training plans
Creating/updating written standard operating procedures
Participating in meetings with government personnel
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Physical Requirements Bachelorโ€™s Degree or a combination of education and experience
Minimum of 2 years of management experience where you led teams of 30+ people
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
Ability to read and understand proficiently in English
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment
Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
