Daher's North America Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida serves as the regional hub for Business Support and shared services, supporting operations across the United States while coordinating closely with global teams. The headquarters is home to key functions including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and Logistics Business Development, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support to Daher's Aircraft, Industry, and Logistics divisions. Teams based in Fort Lauderdale collaborate across functions and regions to drive business growth, ensure compliance, and enable workforce strategy, financial governance, systems support, supplier management, and customer and business development initiatives across North America.

Daher is hiring a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support the daily operations of the Human Resources function for our North America headquarters, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of key HR processes. This role oversees core responsibilities including employee relations and engagement, performance management, training and development, international mobility, compliance, analytics, special projects, payroll, timekeeping and HRIS, recruitment, and onboarding. The Senior HR Generalist partners closely with HR leadership throughout the US, and Daher's business units to cultivate a positive, compliant, and high performing workplace culture. By building strong, strategic relationships across the HR function, this position delivers value added guidance and support to both management and employees in alignment with the organization's business goals.

Primary Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives

  • Support performance management, learning, and development programs

  • Manage global mobility processes, including expatriate compensation, tax coordination, and immigration

  • Maintain HR policies and compliance programs (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, AAP) and support audit readiness

  • Administer leave programs, payroll audits, HRIS data, and timekeeping

  • Supportfull-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Develop andmaintainHR metrics and dashboards to support workforce planning

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orequivalent human resources experience

  • 4plusyears ofcorporateHR experience supporting exempt and nonexempt populations

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and payroll processes

  • Experience with international HR, global mobility, or immigration preferred

  • Advanced skills in Excel(V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft 365 Copilot with HRspecific prompts to automate routine tasks and reduce administrative turnaround time

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRMCP, etc.) and Workday/UKG experience a plus

  • The compensation range is $70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus.
