Job Description SummaryThe Program Manager provides strategic and operational support to the Office of the Dean, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of key functions and priorities. This role works closely with the Senior Associate Dean and Chief of Staff, supporting a broad range of initiatives and activities, delivering comprehensive support to senior leadership, and advancing the overall mission of the Office of the Dean and the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Preferences: Higher Education experience preferred.
Physical Demand: Ability to lift ten lbs
Licenses/certifications: N/AMinimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Five (5) years of professional program management experience. Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education. Knowledge of business acumen to understand key business drivers, organizational communications, and data. Skill in oral and written communication.Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.Ability to develop and administer new policies and procedures.
