Targeted Legal is partnering with a prestigious, trial‐focused litigation firm known for its exceptional results in high‐stakes, complex matters. This nationally recognized team handles some of the most sophisticated civil trials and appeals in the country, and they are seeking an experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to join their Denver office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast‐paced environments and wants to work alongside elite trial lawyers.


Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail‐driven litigation paralegal with deep experience supporting complex cases from intake through appeal. You will serve as the primary case manager, ensuring files are complete, deadlines are met, and trial teams are fully supported. This role requires strong technical proficiency, advanced litigation knowledge, and the ability to anticipate needs in high‐volume, multi‐party matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of litigation, track document productions, and maintain complete, trial‐ready case files.
  • Research and apply court rules across multiple jurisdictions to accurately calculate, docket, and monitor deadlines.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, correspondence, and other litigation documents with meticulous accuracy.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, medical exams, and court appearances.
  • Manage exhibits, witness materials, trial presentations, and provide onsite trial support for multiple annual trials.
  • Perform comprehensive legal and factual cite‐checking, proofreading, exhibit compilation, and compliance review.
  • Create and maintain case‐specific workflows and checklists to ensure consistency and defensibility.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of litigation and trial experience, including complex litigation.
  • Proficiency with Westlaw, court‐rule research, and Bluebook citation standards.
  • Experience with iManage, Relativity, and other eDiscovery platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high‐volume, time‐critical workloads.
