Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) immigration paralegal with experience handling cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping individuals in immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents with EOIR and USCIS.
  • Draft motions, affidavits, declarations, and legal correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize client case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation for cases.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, provide case updates, and ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Coordinate with attorneys to support case strategy and preparation for hearings, interviews, and filings.
  • Monitor case status and follow up with government agencies as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal, with specific experience in EOIR and USCIS cases.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration forms, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
