Responsibilities
• Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
• Organize and compile client case documents
• Conduct background checks
• Schedule important dates on the calendar for new cases
• Ensure completeness of client contracts
• Cross-reference and verify client information
• Request and manage police reports and public records
• Open insurance claims
• Prepare and send legal representation letters
• Updating information in internal firm software
• Meet with attorneys to discuss new cases to the firm
Qualifications
• Willingness to work IN PERSON at our Tukwila office
• Must be comfortable working on a computer for long periods of time
• Must have adequate typing skills on a keyboard
