Immediate Cure Mental and Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specifically Licenses such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, to join our dynamic team. Our counselors operate within a supportive outpatient facility that encourages a therapeutic and safe space for both clients and staff. With the majority of our services provided remotely, this role affords flexibility in work hours, allowing for evening and weekend scheduling when necessary to accommodate client needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of addiction specialists, psychologists, and support staff, working toward the shared goal of providing integrated care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health concerns.
• Develop and customize treatment plans that directly address the unique needs of each client, focusing on both addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies, ensuring client engagement and motivation.
• Collaborate closely with fellow treatment team members to deliver an integrated, holistic approach to each individual's care.
• Provide education and support to clients' families to involve them in the recovery process, recognizing their pivotal role in sustaining long-term recovery.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

This role primarily focuses on clients battling substance use disorders alongside various mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse population, including individuals from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, and cultural contexts. The goal is to provide tailored therapy that honors each client’s unique experience while working towards their recovery goals.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and evidence-based practices for treating co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire clients through their recovery journey.
• Excellent communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration within a multifaceted treatment team.

While a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, candidates with additional experience in an outpatient setting, particularly focused on substance use disorders, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation and client tracking will also be considered an asset.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
